Directions to The Edge from the railway station

By Taxi

By far the easiest way to travel for the station to The Edge (the Hall of Residence) is by taxi. Black cabs are available right outside the station - to the left of the main entrance. Ask for The Edge that is in the Endcliffe Village on 34 Endcliffe Crescent. The Endcliffe Village spans from Endcliffe Vale Road to Oakholme Road and Fulwood Road. The approximate fare is approximately 8-10 pounds. Slightly more in rush hour. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

By Bus

The bus service Nr 40 departs from the transport interchange (stand D6) a short walk away from the Railway Station, just follow the signs to the interchange; Nr 40 services run every 10 minutes during daytime weekdays and Saturdays, and every 20 minutes until midnight in the evening and Sundays. Ask for the Endcliffe Crescent stop. The Nr 80 bus also runs close to The Edge.
